Dr. Kinnari Patel moved to Williamson County from Seattle and she is thrilled to be here!
She fell in love with Nashville and the greater Middle Tennessee during her trips to visit her in-laws. She is particularly excited to be a part of the charming and friendly Nolensville community.
She is a graduate of the prestigious School of Dentistry at University of California in San Francisco. More than anything,
She is passionate about dentistry and the oral well being of her patients. She is a strong advocate for ‘conservative dentistry’, that less is better. She also believes that prevention is the best cure.
She is known for being kind and gentle. Her care and concern are the first things you will notice during your visit to the office. She always takes the time to take your medical and dental history, to understand your concerns, and to work with you to come up with the treatment plan that is right for you. If you have any questions or concerns about your oral health, just let She know and she will make sure they are addressed to your satisfaction.
She is committed to keeping her dental office “green-friendly”. Her office has digital X-rays (to minimize radiation exposure and eliminate film processing chemicals), filtered water and eco-friendly waste disposal. She also believes in giving back to her community by contributing time and resources to charitable organizations. In the past, she has volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission in Seattle and at the Remote Area Medical Clinic in Seattle. WA.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association. She lives with her husband and an adorable little daughter. When not thinking about teeth,
She enjoys the simple pleasures of life like baking, sleeping in, and spending time with her family.
Cayla Vance recently moved to Tennessee and joined our practice in fall of 2017 as our Registered Dental Hygienist. Cayla graduated from West Virginia University and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene degree with high honors. During her time at WVU, Cayla was the recipient of many awards, such as the Colgate Total Student Achievement Award, Community Dentistry and Public Health Award, and Sigma Alpha Lambda Leadership Award.
Cayla is very patient and her goal is to provide a relaxed and comfortable experience for her patients. She is passionate about educating her patients on good oral health practices and helping them feel more confident with their smile. She believes it is important for her patients to understand how their oral health can affect their overall health so her goal is to help modify their behaviors to prevent diseases from occurring.
Cayla is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Honor Society, and iBelieve Leadership Foundation.
When the West Virginia native is not working, she enjoys volunteering, hiking, traveling, and cooking. Cayla loves giving back to underprivileged communities by going on missionary trips or offering free dental care with local organizations.
Your first dental visit to our practice is to get to know you to better serve you and to understand your needs.
Please provid us the following information at the time of your first visit.
1) any X-rays from your previous dental visit.
2) A list of medications you are currently taking.
3) If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance card. We encourage you to give us your insurance info on phone if possible ahead of your scheduled appointment so that we varify your insurance benefit before your first visit. Please notify the office if you have a medical condition (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, pacemaker, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, osteoporosis medication etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e. antibiotics pre-med).
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Patel and Ms. Vickie! I will be returning to them in the future. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable and skillful, and she has created a very comfortable environment!
Dr. Patel is amazing. I never had a dentist who would take so much time getting to know me and asking about my concerns. You really feel you found someone who cares about you and will look out for your best interest . I feel so fortunate to have found her.
After a very, very long time avoiding going to the dentist, I recently chose to return to the world of dental care. While I may have initially made a choice based on convenience, I believe I’ve hit the jackpot with Nolensville Family Dentistry. Dr. Patel and her staff when above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and I really love the conversational approach she took before, during and after she assessed my situation. Certainly never thought I’d say it was a pleasure to go to the dentist, but it was. I look forward to building a relationship with Dr. Patel and her office and trusting her with my dental care.
Hadn't been to the dentist in years, heard about Dr.Patel my first visit, was awesome , everyone was so nice and professional.
